This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for Wind Keywords.

By purchasing or subscribing to Wind Keywords, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Wind Keywords are final and non-refundable. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Any billing-related requests may also be subject to Paddle’s policies.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or recurring)
  • Partial usage of a billing cycle
  • Unused features or credits
  • Downgrades or unused time in a subscription period

2. Free Plan

If you are using the free version of Wind Keywords, no payment is required, and therefore no refunds apply.


3. Subscription Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You will be charged according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (e.g., monthly).
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • You will not be refunded for unused days if you cancel early.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again in the next cycle.

5. Exceptions

We generally do not provide refunds. However, in rare cases, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical errors
  • Billing mistakes caused by us

Any such refunds are not guaranteed.


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of access to the service
